Celebrate Black History Month with Britannica Online
In February, celebrate Black History Month! Britannica's Guide to Black History presents a vast array of articles, hundreds of images, and a wide assortment of multimedia clips.
This guide traces two millennia of black history, and the browse features enable you to pinpoint the central people, places, topics, and events covered in Black History. This Spotlight has biographies on people such as Alvin Ailey, Matthew Henson, Mary McLeod Bethune, and Hank Aaron. In addition, there is a subject browse that allows the user to look up people, places, issues, and events based on topic.

UDLib/SEARCH Databases from Home
Home access to UDLib/SEARCH databases is now available to all Delaware K-12 public school students, teachers, parents and administrators via a username and password. This username and password may be distributed in school newsletters or printed flyer or verbally to students and their parents.
However, due to licensing agreements, please do not post the username and password on a web site. Be aware that the UDLib/SEARCH web site refers students and their parents to their school librarian to obtain this username and password.
